The first dealer was a very bad experience and I would never recommend that dealer to anyone. The second dealer was better then the first but could not come close to meeting my needs for price or vehicle. I searched the web for a vehicle and came across Car Gurus and found 2 vehicles at Sunrise. From the email I received from Trisha Kurtz to talking with Jason Roque on the phone. When I arrived to Sunrise I was very impressed with the facility and the professionalism of the people. When I met Jason he appoligized right away explaining he had another client and brought me to Lucianno Garcia; lets just say I then purchased a vehicle. After shoping around for a while at different dealers, I couldn't help but ask myself why this was not my first stop. From step one to the signing of the paperwork the did not push me in a direction I did not want to go and never asked me for more than what I said I could handle. Rather than ask me the typical question "how much can you spend?", they asked what type of vehicle I was looking for and what my overall budget was. They definitely made a returning customer out of me! More

WOW’D! Very relaxing and the desire to come back. Wow is right! I have never been comfortable dealing with sales people they always put a lot of pressure on you to buy right there and then. Put Mr. Luciano Garcia was the total opposite he made me feel good and the desire to come back on my own. My son and I were looking for a car all Labor Day weekend with no desire to purchase anything because of the bad experience we had with many Salesman.
