Lucy Aguilar is the best. I don't think much of your service techs. I had 3 new tires installed and they didn't clean the stuff off the tires. Also they gave me a estimate to fix a small leek from the rear diff case of over $7,000.00( yes $ 7,000.00). I already have two estimates for less than $1,000.00. Sorry to say I won't be having your dealership service my X2 anymore. I will miss Lucy. More
