Bad customer service The first time my family was buying a car we came here and discussed a vehicle. However, we chose to buy the Mazda instead. But this dealership kept c The first time my family was buying a car we came here and discussed a vehicle. However, we chose to buy the Mazda instead. But this dealership kept constantly calling even after we told them we purchased another car and were no longer in the market. About 2 years later my mother decided she wanted the Nissan Rogue so we came here. We spoke with a nice sales representative who answered all of our questions and we made a deal. Then when we came to pick up our plates they gave us the wrong ones. So we had to come back immediately because we were driving under someone else's plates. We spoke to the service staff and they first tried to blame it on us! Then they said that someone in accounting made a mistake. This just got me angry and I will not be recommending this dealership. More

Leasing made easy Our family has owned Nissan's for almost 10 years but the dealership we went to made it a hassle every time. When my lease was up in September I came Our family has owned Nissan's for almost 10 years but the dealership we went to made it a hassle every time. When my lease was up in September I came to see Luis Alvarado at Route 46 Nissan and was impressed with how simple he made the car buying process. They beat the offer our old dealership was giving us and we were able to drive out with new car in just a few hours. They also assisted with with some of the expenses from the previous lease so we saved a ton. I constantly receive calls and emails from them checking up on how we are doing which is fantastic. I work in the service industry so anytime business's don't treat you like a number its a plus. More
