He was patient with our two small children, and informative, yet not pushy about selling the Honda plans. After purchasing the car, Lois made sure I felt comfortable with the new technology and offered to help me any time I needed, even after I returned home. The staff at Zimmerman Honda was friendly and courteous, eager to assist at any time. I had a good first experience at Zimmerman Honda and will likely return in the future to purchase another Honda vehicle. More

We actually bought two cars from them this week. A 2010 Honda Odyssey van and a 2000 Buick Regal (for our son). Luis was great to work with - normally we expect a high pressure sales job, but that was not Honda Odyssey van and a 2000 Buick Regal (for our son). Luis was great to work with - normally we expect a high pressure sales job, but that was not our experience at all at Zimmerman. The price was very fair and customer service was like no other dealers I have ever dealt with. They even filled the tanks on both vehicles before they handed us the keys to take them. I have never had a dealer do that before, let alone on used vehicles. I would highly recommend them and for future cars, we will be going back to Zimmerman for sure. More

The entire sales experience was very professional! The dealership showroom was not chaotic like some I visited. The place was very relaxed, well staffed and clean. They went to a lot of effort to get me the car that I wanted and did not try to pressure me into taking a car that I did not want just because they had it on the lot. I got the options and the color I wanted, something that I found difficult at other dealers. I would recommend Louis and Zimmerman's to my friends. Compared to the other four dealerships that I visited Zimmerman's was the best. The final price I paid was less than what three other dealerships quoted me for the same car. The forth was the same as Zimmerman's however that dealer has a very bad reputation. Note that I was a sales manager for over 20 years so I am hard to please. If you want to get the right deal and service, ask for Louis! More

I went into Zimmerman Honda to get an oil change for my Pilot. While doing that I talked to Luis Arango and told him one of my cars lease was coming to an end. He said that he thought he could make a deal Pilot. While doing that I talked to Luis Arango and told him one of my cars lease was coming to an end. He said that he thought he could make a deal for me on both cars (Mercedes and Pilot). I said OK. We talked to Sean Fortin. Sean and Louis worked hard to come up with a deal I could not refuse which was trading out both cars for a new Accord and Pilot. The deal was done and I received two new cars that day. I am very pleased with the hard work of Luis and Sean. Both made the trade very easy and painless. I found that Luis and Sean were very knowledgeable about the process and worked well together as a team. The last person I worked with was Ricky Unholz which was professional and made the finance easy and painless. I think that Zimmerman has a wonderful team and will not only return for my car needs but also refer others to the dealership. More
