As soon as I arrived, Ricky was already outside waiting for me, and I immediately felt rushed throughout the entire process. I asked him twice about the remote start feature in the app and where to find it for me, and I immediately felt rushed throughout the entire process. I asked him twice about the remote start feature in the app and where to find it, and his response was simply, “Yeah, it should be on there,” without offering any real guidance or assistance. Anytime I had a question he was not around. He did not take the time to go through the vehicle features with me, and overall I felt like just another number rather than a valued customer. It also seemed as though he had other customers waiting, which made the experience feel hurried and impersonal. Additionally, I later learned that another Nissan dealership offered me the same vehicle for $30 less per month. Because I felt rushed and pressured, I did not have the opportunity to fully consider my options and now feel disappointed with my decision. Rick was not very personable, and the interaction felt focused only on a quick test drive and discussing numbers rather than providing a thorough and supportive customer experience More
