My sales person Luis was a real professional and super attentive. The lady at the front desk one of the times I went never even looked at my face while I stood there. She was talking to a sales person. Bu attentive. The lady at the front desk one of the times I went never even looked at my face while I stood there. She was talking to a sales person. But neither her nor the sale person acknowledged that I was there for about 4-5 minutes so I went straight to my sales person office. When I left the same thing. I said bye and she never looked up. I think the front desk needs additional training on customer service and professional etiquette. It is the first impression of your business. More
