Both were so accommodating and friendly, neither were pushy or arrogant which is a breath of fresh air when going through a dealership. I am a car salesmans worst nightmare because of how high maintenance I am about vehicles and indecisive, these 2 handled this process phenomenally!!! There was no high pressure no cheesy sales tactics.. just what are you looking for, what's important to you, let's get searching. Steve always had that big smile on his face and you could tell that he in general was just a positive happy person and enjoyed what he does for a living. Steve made sure my accessories on my truck were taken care of. Nick helped me with my tires and wheels and if he can deal with my indecisiveness I'm pretty sure he can deal with anyone. Lol. I'm just so happy with everyone there at Toyota, Austin was a pleasure, and so was Aaron. The biggest thing for me when I first meet people you either like them or you don't.
