2nd time having service at Alfa Fort Lauderdale and will be my last. Had to wait 4 days to get the appointment only to be told that I was not on the schedule (which I had the text with appointment date and be my last. Had to wait 4 days to get the appointment only to be told that I was not on the schedule (which I had the text with appointment date and time) Their excuse was that the system was down and could not do anything until it was up and running. I asked why no one called to let me know that they could not work on the car. Their re-ply was the system was down. I asked if their cell phones were down as well which they gave no re-ply. 1st time I brought my car in for my A/C they told me it will be about a day or 2 to have it fixed. They had it over a week and said that the mechanic that works on A/C was not in, so no one ever call me to let me know that. I had to call them every day to see what was going on with the car. This is my 4th Alfa and I will purchase others but definitely not from Alfa Romeo Fort Lauderdale. More

Service Department is UNWELCOMING to All the clients …. .they make you feel as if they are doing you a favor and fail to even look up even though there were 5 or 6 staff….no one looked up….we had to wait at .they make you feel as if they are doing you a favor and fail to even look up even though there were 5 or 6 staff….no one looked up….we had to wait at least 5 mins and then they BARELY asked us if we need help….we had to tell them! We were not the boy customers waiting for Acknowledgment!! And then they brushed us off to another! More

Delivery was ok but for some reason they never checked the AC unit and I drove home in 89 degree weather. I had an appointment which was extremely important and I was already late and a loaner would have the AC unit and I drove home in 89 degree weather. I had an appointment which was extremely important and I was already late and a loaner would have taken too long for me! And May I say in a driving horrible rainstorm!!! More
