Overall experience it was great The only thing was I bought a used car with very low mileage and I did buy “as it is”. Before leaving the dealership on the day of purchase I’ve notice a clicking sound c bought a used car with very low mileage and I did buy “as it is”. Before leaving the dealership on the day of purchase I’ve notice a clicking sound coming from A/C once the car was off. I mentioned to them and they had me bring the car on the very next day. The conclusion was that is “normal” and stops after 30 seconds.. well that is not normal, it goes off way more than 30 seconds, it does while driving the car, it’s annoying, looking up online I found the problem. Also the car was a bit off on alignment which they took care on the very next day when I took to check the a/c problem, after the alignment some suspension noises pop up which it was not like that on the very first day.. the test drive day and the first day with the car.. took the car one more time and they despite all the info I gave and immediately try to go thru the warranty. Trying to use the warranty they found the problem.. Like I mentioned I know I bought as it is but it definitely didn’t have none of that before the alignment otherwise I would mentioned on the day of the test drive and didn’t even take the car home before those were fixed. Right now I’m waiting on the grace period to use warranty. Other than that, overall experience was great. Staff was amazing More

These guys are the best! I was in Indiana and purchased the Bronco over the phone. When we arrived at the dealership, the Bronco was better than described. Mike and Luis hel I was in Indiana and purchased the Bronco over the phone. When we arrived at the dealership, the Bronco was better than described. Mike and Luis helped us through the process and we were home with our new Bronco in two days. I can’t say enough about the dealership. If I had to critique anything, it would be getting our title. However, we are out of state so that just could be working through different state laws. Bottom line is that I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Especially if they are buying from out of state. As I said… they are the best. Easiest car deal I’ve ever made. More
