On October 9th my husband and I turned in my 2018 Corolla SE because our lease time was up. We knew we wanted to lease another Corolla SE, a 2021 with all the "bells & whistles" in the special order color "B SE because our lease time was up. We knew we wanted to lease another Corolla SE, a 2021 with all the "bells & whistles" in the special order color "Blizzard Pearl". We had the BEST experience ever when we had the GREAT PLEASURE of having Luis Ferrer as our salesman!! For the past 32 years we have bought/leased MANY different Toyotas from this dealership which has changed hands a number of times throughout those years and Luis is by far "second to none" when it comes to selling a vehicle! He is so kind and caring and truly wants you to know everything there is to learn about all the features regarding the vehicle you plan to purchase. He took so much time with us in spite of the fact that the dealership was EXTREMELY BUSY which we truly appreciated! While my husband was still working on the paperwork, Luis and I got into what would be MY new car, and set-up all the programing including connecting my cell phone so that I could have a "hands free" conversation if need be. In this day and age of all the incredible technology, I would still (3 weeks later) be trying to figure out the most simple of tasks!! So a HUGE THANK-YOU to Luis for making this experience such a pleasure instead of such a stressful event which we've had in the past.
