Purchased new 2020 XSE. Decent experience with sales pro Luis. Price was fair. Vehicle delivered with grease stains on the head liner. Dealer owned up to the issue and fixed it. My son, Kevin Kussrow has also purchased two cars from Luis and comes all the way back from Cincinnati for his cars and to get m the last five years. This is the second Toyota I've purchased with Luis Ferrer's help. It's hard to put into words how helpful ,honest and caring he was during the whole process. As we were not familiar with all the new Ferrer's help. It's hard to put into words how helpful ,honest and caring he was during the whole process. Luis Ferrer was very helpful when I bought my new 2020 Rav4. He went above and beyond to get the exact model and color I was looking for.
