I said ok...and by the end of the day I had purchased a new Honda CR-V 2019. He was right..a new CR-V made sense to get for many reasons..styling, increased safety features. He worked with me to make sure the new car had all the features the old one had plus many new ones. We asked about any 2018 models and DJ went straight to work to dilegently find us the perfect fit for our family. After showing us how to use the coffee bar and getting us a water, he drove us down to the area of the lot where we found the perfect CRV for us. DJ was very accommodating and patient on the test drive as well as knowledgeable about the features and ratings of the vehicle. He is very trustworthy and professional, He followed up with us after we bought our CRV, and helped us with working through the bells and whistles. I actually came in to trade my 2015 Civic which I bought at that location as well 3 years ago and Tony was very helpful with that transition. I felt like he was very honest in his recommendations on what I should get based on what I could actually afford. Luis was also very helpful in making it work with the limited amount that I could offer.
