I actually came in to trade my 2015 Civic which I bought at that location as well 3 years ago and Tony was very helpful with that transition. I felt like he was very honest in his recommendations on what I should get based on what I could actually afford. Luis was also very helpful in making it work with the limited amount that I could offer. There was a reason why I went back to this location to purchase my new vehicle and the great customer service they provide is always a given. Exceptional service. Everyone we worked with was so friendly We had a wonderful experience - friendly people who were very knowledgeable. The new car.has many features that my old car did not have. All the things I love in my old 2007 Fit are there - but technology has changed! Mr. Slim spend quite a bit of time with me - showing me how to operate many new things! That is SO helpful. Everything is easy to use - but you have to know how! He has encouraged me to come back later if there are other features that I can't figure out. That is very generous for a man as busy as he is! I am not sure I need it, but it is very comforting to know he is there to help. This is an unusually friendly and accommodating dealership. In the past I have recommended friends go and see them. But they are better than ever now. More
