At first all the inquiries that my husband did on line was handled by Luis. he sent a lot of messages. I was not comfortable to go in person. It took awhile before I made a visit to Valley Honda. Luis was with other client. He introduced me to Scott, (team member). Scott is great and wonderful. I felt at ease already. There was no pushing or making me confuse about the model choices and the nos.( price). He made everything easy for me… (so patiently assisting, considering that I kept changing the color and model of the car). He always sending updates regarding the status of the order. Even at the end, when we picked up the car (almost closing hour), you can’t see the tiredness on his face. Always in smile. I was with his financial officer Jim (who gave us a good deal.)
