Unprofessional Experience If you plan on trading in your car as part of your new purchase DON'T otherwise make sure you chek on when and if they actually sent the payoff to you If you plan on trading in your car as part of your new purchase DON'T otherwise make sure you chek on when and if they actually sent the payoff to your bank on time. 30 days and I am still waiting with my bank saying that if I don't make payment, which dealership is supposed to make, it will hit my credit report. Trying to reach the financial team by phone to resolve is impossible. The do not return calls and Hyundai Corporate is of no use as the financing is not through them and a trade in is considered an agreement between you and the dealership you worked with. Even trying to call the dealership is a hassale as the phone just rings and rings then disconnects you. More
