Hello! I am writing to tell you what a wonderful experience I had with salesman Luis Gomez at Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos , California. I have been a Hond I am writing to tell you what a wonderful experience I had with salesman Luis Gomez at Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos , California. I have been a Honda customer for 10 years. I have leased 8 Hondas so far so as you can see I am a very loyal. Luis went above and beyond. I was in a unique situation where my previous Honda had been totaled. I needed to get into a new Honda lease. Luis got me exactly what I wanted. He was understanding, respectful, and polite. Being a woman and going to a car dealer all on your own can be quite intimidating but, with Luis I felt none of that. Thanks to his service I will continue being a loyal customer to Honda and the dealer Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos.
