We told Tom we didn’t want any warranties, and after Luis starting going over our documents he was pushing all the things we didn’t want. We made it clear that we wanted to make our purchase, and get on the road to get home before night. We spent 2 hours telling everyone we didn’t want anything extra, and that didn’t seem to matter. Then they tried adding a $1000 to our deal we had, and we caught it after we got home. We called, and let them know, and it took 2 weeks to resolve. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this business. Very disappointed. More
