After our first visit of checking out the vehicle, Jose kept in touch with us to see if there was anything else he could do to help us in our decision of the vehicle purchase. We checked out other cars at different dealerships but the customer service at Seguin Chevrolet couldn't be matched anywhere else. We decided to go back and purchase our vehicle at Seguin Chevrolet with Jose R. because of the outstanding service provided. We felt very comfortable working with this dealership and never once felt like we were being taken advantage of or lied to. They made the whole process smooth and simple! More

It was a good experience, I was not showed or forced to look at vehicles I didn't want to look at. I was shown the vehicles I wanted to look at and was worked with on price and features I wanted.
