I know you are busy, so am I, that is why I made an appointment. It makes no sense you would make an appointment with me and not be able to fulfill it for two hours. I have serious concerns on whether or not the oil change was done. I called your Service Manager about the long wait, a windshield sticker with wrong information that was put in my car, no floor coverings on the drivers side, my car oil change reset not being reset, and when i took my car to a trusted mechanic - he said it looked like my car was not even worked on. The managers response was that Faulkner will come and pick up my new $90K car and reset the system so it reads the oil change was done. Once again, thank you for nothing! I have to go to another service center and pay for an oil change because I am not sure you did it.
