Your scheduler put my appointment at the wrong location, you couldn't offer me a courtesy shuttle, the part wasn't installed correctly, I had to move Your scheduler put my appointment at the wrong location, you couldn't offer me a courtesy shuttle, the part wasn't installed correctly, I had to move a work appointment because I was told my truck was ready and I got dropped off only to realize upon my inspection that the part wasn't installed correctly and I had to wait an extra 40 minutes with no apology or adjustment to my cost. Very poor service! More
