I called two other dealerships in the area who were not able to fit me into the schedule when the check engine light came on in my 2020 Buick encore. Communication was sufficient but would have liked to speak to the actual technician and wasn't given the opportunity. I received the truck back with dirty hand prints on the door and door handle. It would have been nice to get it back cleaner than when I dropped it off. Most mechanics will at least put a paper down on the driver's floor but even that wasn't done. More
