Luis Fragozo has been with Royal Automotive Group since 2010. What he enjoys most about working for Royal is "meeting people from all different walks of life because everyone has a story to tell". His favorite types of car are classic cars from the 60's and earlier. He once had a 1969 Chevy Impala. The best way Luis describes himself as "fun and out going. Maybe a little to laid back at times." He enjoys spending his free-time with his kids and playing outdoors. His a big sports fan and loves watching which ever sport is on. His favorite sports are football and basketball, and enjoys playing both. His favorite team is the Oakland Raiders (NFL). In his own words, he believes Royal is different than other dealerships because,"we listen to our customer's needs."

This is the 2nd Kia purchased from Royal. I really like the atmosphere, non-pressured sales approach in buying a car. I have bought a car from another dealer before where it took HOURS and you just wanted the atmosphere, non-pressured sales approach in buying a car. I have bought a car from another dealer before where it took HOURS and you just wanted to leave. Very comfortable with Royal.. Luis was very knowledgeable and relaxed in our dealings.
