Luis Fragozo has been with Royal Automotive Group since 2010. What he enjoys most about working for Royal is "meeting people from all different walks of life because everyone has a story to tell". His favorite types of car are classic cars from the 60's and earlier. He once had a 1969 Chevy Impala. The best way Luis describes himself as "fun and out going. Maybe a little to laid back at times." He enjoys spending his free-time with his kids and playing outdoors. His a big sports fan and loves watching which ever sport is on. His favorite sports are football and basketball, and enjoys playing both. His favorite team is the Oakland Raiders (NFL). In his own words, he believes Royal is different than other dealerships because,"we listen to our customer's needs."

I can't thank Lu enough for the experience I had purchasing my vehicle. My old car was totaled by a fire and I had to find something. The last time I had been to a dealership was in 1975! Warnings were coming in from well meaning friends, careful..take someone with you..aargh, they will change prices on you, good guy vs bad guy. I assumed incorrectly that I would have to purchase an '07 or older. I warned Lu ahead of time that I might be a bit emotional (still raw from losing my old car) and he treated me with the utmost respect and professsionalism. After discussing my financial situation he assured me that I could afford something newer than an '07.SERIOUSLY? He was so right. I am now a proud owner of a 2012 Toyota Camry that I am enjoying immensely.Peace of mind knowing I can drive to see my grandbabies and not worry anymore about breakdowns or having to drive home before dark. It was the first car I looked at and test drove. I was sold. It took less than an hour to wrap it up. I am trying to convince my Phoenix relatives to check out Royal Kia next time they want to buy a vehicle. And to ask for LU! More

Being handicapped and dealing with a new issue, of not walking to well. I called Royal Kia and was directed to Lu Fragazo. I explained to him that I was interested in, a newer, lower mileage Kia Sorento. walking to well. I called Royal Kia and was directed to Lu Fragazo. I explained to him that I was interested in, a newer, lower mileage Kia Sorento. That's all it took. Lu was right on it, he was so very pleasant and helpful. He called me and emailed me many different options. By the time I was ready to go my husband was on vacation and he was patient until he returned. When we went to look/purchase a car, Lu was leaving for vacation, we were introduced to Joe S. the Sales Manager and Paul Juell. They took over seamlessly, and we finished the deal without Lu. I was so surprised at the end when I received the most gorgeous dozen of red roses. What a beautiful way to end a car deal! Lu, Paul & Joe were very helpful. We got exactly what we wanted and could afford. One very happy new Kia owner. You can't go wrong with Royal Kia on Speedway! More

I have always dreaded car dealerships, until now! They don't work on commission so the experience is totally different than anything I have ever experienced. This company just wants you to find the right don't work on commission so the experience is totally different than anything I have ever experienced. This company just wants you to find the right car and be happy! We had researched the car we wanted prior to our visit and when we arrived we were able to test drive it immediately. The whole process took very little time and I drove off with my new (used) car the next day. We bought a Prius and discovered the following day that the 12v battery was bad, their service department not only replaced the battery same day but also at no cost to us. Lu Fragozo was an exceptional sales/finance person (they don't hand you off after you decide to purchase) who made the whole experience one that I will never forget. Not only did I get a "surprise" when I purchased the car but I also received a thank you card and a birthday card from the dealer. This is a company that truly cares! More

Both Lu and Eddie were professional,personable, and informative. Not to mention both are very sharp dressers! Anytime I asked Lu a question he made sure he found an answer for me. I was very pleased with the service and knowledge that Lu was able to provide me. I came in on a Friday got all of my questions answered went home discused with my husband and went back on Saturday and purch was able to provide me. He was understanding of my needs as well as staying in line with the amount I wanted to spend. There was no back & forth let me see what I can do maybe we can do this etc. This was a refreshing way to purchase a car. Lu did all the calculations etc right there at his desk. He is very knowledgeable about his inventory which vehicles would fit into my budget new vs used He leaves no stone unturned. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a new or used vehicle go in and see Lu. I know he has earned my trust and future business as well as me letting other people know how awsome he is. My experience buying my very first "brand new" car was absolutely the best car buying experience I've ever had. I am so glad I chose to make my new purchase at Royal Kia. Ken Lewis was so helpfu car was absolutely the best car buying experience I've ever had. I am so glad I chose to make my new purchase at Royal Kia. Ken Lewis was so helpful in making sure I didn't see anything that wasn't in my set budget, laying out all the details of pricing and in answering every last question I had. I've dealt with other dealerships when buying used cars and in all those experiences I've felt taken, pressured and didn't have that great feeling walking out the door. But this was my first time buying a "new" car for myself and I thought it was going to be even more scary. To my surprise the entire visit from beginning to end when I drove away from Royal Kia was completely pressure free, very pleasant and overall absolutely amazing. Boy did I feel so good knowing not only was I getting a great deal on a new vehicle for my family, but I didn't have to deal with all the hassle and pressure I'm so used to at other places. I'd say the folks at Royal Kia are really on to something by doing things different than other dealerships, keeping their standards high in how they treat their customers. I admire how they go out of their way to take time in really getting to know every customer and their needs and providing an overall pleasant buying experience. Thanks Royal Kia!! More
