In the auto sales business, Luis exuded such qualities that led me to leasing my new 2012 Scion xD. His warm and friendly approach made it easy to talk to. I was able to explain what I wanted as well as vent about my nightmare experience of car shopping few days prior to meeting at another local auto mall. He was very compassionate an understanding and allowed my family and I to get the deal we wanted. There was no pressure at all and Luis always tried to work with the options we played around with. They explained the differences between puchasing and leasing, gave me a fair price on my old car, and waved good-bye to us as we drove away in our new car.
