He showed me the bells and whistles, joked around with my husband, and made the experience of buying a car a very pleasant one indeed. Go see Luis the next time you want to shop around for a new car. The business personnel knew their business, too. The process that led to the signing on the dotted line was easy and relaxed, no pressure. They explained the differences between puchasing and leasing, gave me a fair price on my old car, and waved good-bye to us as we drove away in our new car. I'm sure I got a great deal on my new Prius, and I highly recommend the Ventura, Toyota dealership to anyone interested in buying a Toyota product. My car drives like a dream and I'm so comfortable in it, too. YA HOO!!!!! More
