My truck was towed there because of a fuel injection malfunction. I really had no idea what it was. Luis was very friendly and very professional! My only comment would be regarding the appointment time vs. when my car actually was taken in. Luis went above and beyond the call of duty - and so did the service department! My Yukon had a dead battery and was towed to Starling arriving at 1:45 on a Saturday and the service department was closing the service department! My Yukon had a dead battery and was towed to Starling arriving at 1:45 on a Saturday and the service department was closing at 2:00 PM. Luis pleaded my case to the service folks and everyone stayed late to get my new battery installed! Now that's not good but GREAT SERVICE! More
