Brianna McKenna and Luis the salesman were very good. But my phone calls to the dealership to firm up the final details were not always returned which resulted in the paper work not being ready at tim But my phone calls to the dealership to firm up the final details were not always returned which resulted in the paper work not being ready at time of delivery. It took almost two hours to complete the delivery. I do not believe that I ever received a copy of a signed purchase order. All the accessories that were supposed to be part of the deal were not installed before I arrived. Overall, I found that the upfront sales portion of the sale with Luis and John was excellent but the follow up to delivery left a lot to be desired. More
