We stayed at your dealership because of the quality of the work that Jenn did to understand our needs, walk us through the process, get us a ride in the car, and then make sure we had everything we needed to make a decision. We had confidence in everything she did for us and trusted what she told us. We then had an outstanding experience with Deanna Cowles to finance the car. She worked hard to get us a good deal, explained all of the additional financing available, and gave us confidence that we were getting the best deal possible. Jen was great at finding me a vehicle I loved, and that was also in my price range. We picked out 3 cars I was interested in and she had them parked all next to each other so I could easily compare them th was also in my price range. My partner and I decided to test drive a vehicle at Mohawk Honda on a whim after leaving a different dealership due to having a bad experience with their sales team. It was a refreshing experience. Everyone here treated us and each other with kindness. Their sales team was receptive to my specific needs and wants in a vehicle and conscious of my budget. Even though I had initially wanted to look at a different vehicle, they suggested a model that turned out to be a great fit. I never felt pressured to go forward with purchasing a vehicle and, even after a couple of days, still satisfied with my decision. Notably, even though my partner and I were there together, Tyler was quick to notice that I was the one buying the car and directed all his questions to me, while still including my partner in the process. Even after the transaction was over, I thoroughly enjoyed walking through the car's controls and functions with Ben, who was an absolute delight. And, when I encountered trouble with the financing process, Frank really rallied for me. For my first dealership purchase, I am pretty happy with how it went. More
