I contacted the customer relations person to help me get some paperwork from the finance department, she never responded to my text., When that failed, I contacted the new car manager and he put me on hold for 10 minutes and never came back. I called back three times and people went looking for him, but couldn't find him. He never did call me back. The customer service was abysmal, the worst I've ever experienced at any car dealership. I would never recommend these people to anyone else. More
