Great customer service by Luis Rolon who greeted me and explained everything he was going to do for my car. He kept me informed of how the service area was doing and also gave me information on what would explained everything he was going to do for my car. The diagnostic charge is ridiculous! I had to pay $300 because my car wouldn’t start, just to be told that my car didn’t start. The claim is that the tech needs to he paid for the hour. I had to pay $300 because my car wouldn’t start, just to be told that my car didn’t start. The claim is that the tech needs to he paid for the hour. So it took the tech an hour to look under the hood and see that my starter went and possibly hook up an OBD2? Get real. Couldnt even offer a break off the price either. KIA is terrible, which is probably why there are so many class action lawsuits and recalls. I will never buy another KIA and have to deal with their rip off service charges. More
