Matt had helped me lease my first MINI, and was there for me this time as well. He couldn't have been more helpful, clear on what my options were, and even remembered my motoring preferences from my first lease. Lease? buy? effects of different down payments? He was patient and knowledgeable, and creative to boot in finding a solution that would fit me and what I was willing to spend. Thanks Matt! While I still sort of miss my CC (Copper Cooper), my brand new Clubman Wagon ALL4 S has room for my new family member (a German Shorthaired Pointer) and drives like a champ. Hope CC got a good home! Whoever you are, enjoy her! And thanks to Luis for my past service needs: I'll be back with the Clubman! More

Everytime I need repairs to my mini they are there to help get the needed repairs done and get me back on the road as fast as they and my Technician (Ryan Wiegand) can. These guys are always friendly and respectful to me and my needs. I know when the time comes to buy I new car I will be back ay Mini of Allentown simply because of the Great Service I have ALWAYS received there. Service after the sale means Everything to me. So thanks again Luis and Ryan and Ryan for everything you do to keep my mini and myself happy. You guys are the best!, Second to NONE! More

The service department manager Luis is extremely unprofessional. When I gave him my warranty he literally rolled his eyes. He couldn't have been more dismissive or ride. The first time I paid out of pocket. I had to make 10 phone calls in which NONE were returned.. I would avoid this place like the plague. Morristown mini has been professional and helpful. Drive there if you can. More

We were treated like family and Lauren and Mike worked to put a deal together that best accommodated our personal needs all the while in a comfortable, friendly atmosphere. Lauren's product knowledge and enthusiasm for Mini are also exceptional. We leaned a lot about the many nuances in our Mini even after owning one for three years. It was a pleasure to meet with Elyse who was very informative and an expert in her area of closing. I was familiar with the service department where in the past I received excellent service so having the same care and knowledge during our purchase this week certainly met and exceeded our expectations. I visited MINI of Allentown for service for the first time today, and my experience was fabulous. Although I’ve owned a 2005 MINI Cooper for years, I’ve always had my local mechanic work on it, becaus time today, and my experience was fabulous. Although I’ve owned a 2005 MINI Cooper for years, I’ve always had my local mechanic work on it, because it’s more convenient for me. Last week, I made an appointment because my power steering was kaput – months ago, I had received a letter from MINI explaining that they had extended my warranty coverage for that system, and I decided to bring it in to them. I spent only 1.5 hours in their funky lounge (complete with coffee, biscotti, stereo, TV, leather sofas and dog treats), while Luis took great care of me – ultimately presenting me with a $0 bill (the work was covered under warranty) and a sparkly car that had just been cleaned! He was cheerful, efficient and pleasant and deserves kudos for taking such good care of customers. I will be back, that’s for sure. They have a loyal customer now. I spent a good bit of my time in the lounge, drinking coffee and picking my next MINI’s paint colors. More
