Excellent Service I recently purchased a used Mini Countryman. Come to find out it had a number of issues with it. I took my vehicle to Mini of Allentown to have it ch I recently purchased a used Mini Countryman. Come to find out it had a number of issues with it. I took my vehicle to Mini of Allentown to have it checked out and serviced. They found multiple problems with the car which would end up costing me thousands of dollars in repairs. I purchased a warranty through Mini and left my car for service. The expertise and knowledge that the Client Advisor Luis Rodriguez showed me made me feel comfortable knowing that my car was in good hands and that he would help me out any way possible. He and Mini have gone above and beyond any experience I have had with other dealerships. Though I hadn't purchased my mini at the dealership they treat me as if I bought the newest car they had on the lot. I will 100% be making my next purchase there. Having previously worked at a Volkswagen dealership and interacting with other dealerships, Mini of Allentown in my opinion provides the better service I have seen yet so much that I have praised them on social media and recommend them to all of my friends and family. On one of the visits, we met Jolene who introduced herself to us and asked about our overall experience with our current vehicle and made excellent recommendations on how to become more adjusted to our new town. Overall, she was friendly and genuinely interested in our experience and kept us up to date on the latest mini news and promotions. Recently, we made the decision to consider trading in our countryman for a new one and Jolene was the first person we went to see. She spent over an hour discussing the various models and financing options for a new vehicle. Through the summer, we did a lot of traveling and discontinued our discussion of obtaining a new vehicle, but Jolene was always in communication with us about our options and changes in promotions. Ultimately, when things settled down, we decided we wanted to lease a new 18' countryman. She went through all of the available options in the store location, checked the region, and ultimately located the exact car we wanted. She was in touch with us every week on the status of the order. Overall, Jolene is one of the best sales reps that I have had the pleasure to encounter. When discussing car options, she was not pushy. When discussing financing the vehicle, she was open and honest. She made it a priority to spend the time discussing all of the options and made no assumptions about what she believed we wanted. Normally price negotiations can be uncomfortable, but she made the process simple because of her honesty and sincerity. We are very fortunate to have the opportunity to work with Jolene with our recent purchase and look forward to our continued relationship. Jolene was my highest recommendation not only because of her skill as a sales representative, but because of her patience, kindness, and honesty. The service reps were just as pleasant, when I dropped in without appointments because nails got in two of my tires. Luis made a special call to see if my tire would be covered under warranty and they agreed to cover it which resulted in be getting a brand new tire. More
