I purchased a used vehicle with a trade-in. The negotiation and price finalization was handled by Luis Salcedo and went well. However, the closing and pick-up of the vehicle the next day did not. I was told that the car was detailed prior to my arrival but it was dirty both inside and out. When I called attention to the driver's seat which was extremely soiled, Soleiman was not very helpful. In addition, when attaching the temporary tag, it was not properly secured and flew off about 2 miles into my drive home, causing me to have to backtrack to obtain a new one. I also was provided with less than a 1/4 tank of gas although my trade-in was a full tank. Seems petty to not top off the tank to ensure a happy customer. More
