Guillermo "Bill" Duque lied to me, I already had financing through Navy Federal and since I didn't have the check from them, he asked me if he could run a soft credit pull. I had told Roy no to running a hard pull but verbally agreed to a soft pull. Long story short he ran a hard pull through Equifax anyway probably for a way to get a financing offer. It's a crappy way of doing business and that was the third and last vehicle I will ever get from Ideal. And for what it's worth you have to sign an arbitration agreement to buy a car which says a lot. More
