Well I went in Jan 17 only few of the 4 runner selection on no 2025 were on lot. Then I went in on Jan 18 around noon with a 60k check ready to purchase a used 4R that I wanted; sale dept could not produce on no 2025 were on lot. Then I went in on Jan 18 around noon with a 60k check ready to purchase a used 4R that I wanted; sale dept could not produce keys because it not be cleared by shop to sale. I couldn’t test drive it. Since it’s a dealership I didn’t worry about it and would continue with transaction. They wanted to try to get me to use their financing around noon and I quote “If I buy your vehicle for $3,200 will you buy from us?” Not only did they not trade mine in but wouldn’t even give an offer. I believe it was a ploy to keep me hostage Until finance was secure close to 7 pm. I kindly asked for my key to Volvo I drove in 3 different times from 3-7 pm and was met with excuses and sent to talk to different agents. Anyway at 7pm or so I finished by signing a contract even though I had not test drove the vehicle even though I was promised the 4R would be ready for me Saturday. It still is not ready to drive off the lot on the 22nd; yes the salesman has explained certain checks on the 4R has to happen before a used vehicle is released. The salesman said the $3200 that I wanted for my Volvo and their offer were so far apart that he didn’t want to discuss it but a quick search I showed salesman that across town 2022 4R limited in the same color was selling for 4,300 less than the one Reeves was selling me to prove that if I was willing to by this 2021 4R Limited for a marked up price they could of paid for my trade in. PS In 2012 I bought a new 2013 Kia and in 2017 I bought a new Kia Forte from Southwest Kia. Both times in and out in 3 hrs or so with my new car. Not only that they paid for a trade in in 2012 More
