The Family Toyota in Arlington was one of the dealerships we went to where we were greeted by Deaven and started talking numbers before seeing a vehicle, don't get me wrong it wasn't bad until he wanted to a we went to where we were greeted by Deaven and started talking numbers before seeing a vehicle, don't get me wrong it wasn't bad until he wanted to add a $1200 package for getting a new car even tho we didn't need/want to get it, it was honestly the first I've heard of it in any Toyota dealership that you had to purchase something you didn't even want and his attitude was the worst towards the end he was really unprofessional, never will be returning another dealer we visited was South Toyota where we were greeted by MD, we told him what we wanted and when trying to get our business we were told they didn't have the vehicle we wanted, long story short he was pushing for me to buy a vehicle I did not want/need also mentioned the vehicle I wanted would be eventually on the way expecting to buy without even seeing the vehicle which makes no sense 🤔🤷🏻‍♀️ not a fan of this dealer at all hands down Cowboy Toyota dealership was great ! once parked Luis came and greeted us showed us the vehicle we were interested in and also talked numbers to get an idea if its what we really wanted he really made the process fast and simple when making the deal and super professional, over all everyone was great and was the best experience for my first time buying my own car ! thanks again ! 😁👌🏼 More
