The first time I’ve had bad service coincidently when Joe Platt is not handling things...not a coincidence in my book. Joe goes above and beyond always. If you purchase your vehicle from Stingray Chevrolet I’m sure you are treated like gold. I did not purchase my vehicle from Stingray but was referred there by a friend who said they were great. My vehicle w sure you are treated like gold. I did not purchase my vehicle from Stingray but was referred there by a friend who said they were great. My vehicle was there for a total of 3 times in 2 months and they could not figure out the issue resulting in over a thousand dollars for repairs that did not fix the issue. Luis in the service department never called to let me know the status of my vehicle or that they couldn’t duplicate the error. I was called on day 9 because I needed to sign new paperwork for my courtesy vehicle and I asked to speak to Luis and then I got a response. The courtesy vehicle is the only nice and convenient thing I would say about Stingray Chevrolet, the ladies working in the rental vehicle department are great. Service department has horrible customer service in my opinion, they need to brush up on their communication skills and let customers know what’s going on even if they cannot figure it out. More
