After I received service (oil change, tire rotation) from the dealership. The technician didn’t replace my tire lock (which I had to drive 2 hours round trip to pick up, didn’t reset my oil life neither did the dealership. The technician didn’t replace my tire lock (which I had to drive 2 hours round trip to pick up, didn’t reset my oil life neither did they place a sticker to let me know when my vehicle should up for next service, didn’t refill wind shield wiper fluid etc. Which leads me to wonder if the services I paid for was even provided. I’m leaving this review to warn anyone considering doing business with this dealership. At the time of purchase, they aggressively push multiple add-on packages, including tire protection, paint protecti business with this dealership. At the time of purchase, they aggressively push multiple add-on packages, including tire protection, paint protection, and coverage for minor damages. These packages cost extra and are sold as “peace of mind.” What they fail to disclose is that these packages are loaded with restrictions, fine print, and excuses that allow them to deny coverage when you actually need it. When you try to use any of these services, they suddenly come up with reasons why the damage is “not covered.” In practice, the packages are almost useless. You pay for them, but when it’s time for the dealership to honor what they sold you, they back away. This feels deceptive and borderline fraudulent. The service department is just as bad. I only go there because I’m forced to for maintenance, not because I trust them. Most employees appear untrained and lack basic automotive knowledge. Even the service manager is ineffective and unwilling to take responsibility or resolve issues. Out of the entire staff, only one or two employees seemed competent. The rest appeared confused, disorganized, and unqualified, as if they were hired with no proper training. I’ve spoken with other customers and friends who have had the same experience with this dealership. Service is extremely slow, and when it comes to honoring warranty or package coverage, they tell you that you must leave your vehicle for two to three weeks. That alone makes the coverage impractical and pointless. No reasonable person can leave their vehicle for that long just to fight for coverage they already paid for. Luis was so helpful, informative, and patient. He coordinated to make sure my tire got changed efficiently and matched the brand of my current tires while being responsive through text. Had to wait a week before they even looked at the truck. They then took another week to fix it. We paid and got in the vehicle and the problem was still there. Like service advisors. Seniors need your driver back do not like or trust Uber. Also It is hard for Seniors to pay an extra credit card fee. Not anymore. All business. My two advisors have been there when your place was family oriented and I did appreciate both fellows. My advisor Vladimir is always very helpful and worked with me first week then went on vacation and made sure I had Luis for my second weeks appt. These two men are assets to Jim Ellis. They are the two men I can trust to help me. Your Manager did get me your former Driver to take me home so I did not have to wait there the whole day for my car. Hoping you can correct these two problems. You need a Driver and to not charge an extra fee for credit cards. We are on fixed incomes. More
