Visiting this Dealership and the Service Department is always a painless experience. The service area is clean and tidy, along with plenty personnel who quickly greet you in the drive-up area. Luke is an awesome guy... he is friendly, organized and professional and shows a genuine concern for your time. I especially like the fact that he is clearly empowered to make decisions and not excuses as with most dealerships who seemingly train their empolyee's to make excuses and therefore provide poor to terrible service and then use tremendous effort begging for a good review.
