Everyone was nice and professional throughout the process. When signing up for automatic payments;the first payment was taken immediately instead of 60 or 90 days later as I was told.Also cancelled process. I was so fortunate to have gotten Hector Inda Valdez as my salesman. He was 1000% professional, welcoming, helpful, very knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly made me feel comfortable and felt no pr my salesman. This was my first car purchase since my husband past away and I was very nervous about choosing the right car and didn't want to feel pressured for a sale. I never got that feeling from Hector. He was so patient with me. From beginning to end Hector was so efficient with answering any questions I had. He was so quick to respond to my emails, texts or phone calls. I hope to do business with Hector in the future and refer family and friends to him. He was amazing to work with. By the time I made a decision on a vehicle, I felt like I had a new friend in Hector.
