I was very impressed with this dealership, which is huge. Lots of cars and lots of choices. However, I was most impressed with the service provided by Hector. Hyundai is like walking into a new world compared to my old car. Hector was patient and thorough and thought of every possible question and concern that I might have. He was very respectful of my need to see different colors also. The "closer", in Finance, Luke, that does the applications and final papers is very gifted. He knows exactly what loan is in your best interest and is able to offer many options. He explains anything additional like undercoating options, maintenance etc. I ended up keeping him late by at least an hour. I never felt rushed or embarrassed about asking for the clarifications I needed. Very nice, thorough and caring dealership. I couldn't be more pleased. More

I was a little annoyed with the finance department. I don't understand why when I filled out an online application prior to coming in and everything, according to my sales rep was good to go, it still don't understand why when I filled out an online application prior to coming in and everything, according to my sales rep was good to go, it still takes over 2 hours to finalize everything. I feel the finance dept dropped the ball a little. At first I had a payment that I was pleased with but then turned out my rate and term were filled out wrong. Which I thought they then fixed which made my payment low which I was very pleased with. Then I thought everything was finalized I was called back in to tell me they had the messed up the term of the loan again which sky rocked my payment which was very upsetting. In the end I did settle on a payment I was not 100% pleased with but considered it tolerable. More
