After having an issue with my car, Luke my service advisor took my phone call and talked me through a few things before having me bring in my car as the soonest time possible. Once at the service dep advisor took my phone call and talked me through a few things before having me bring in my car as the soonest time possible. Once at the service dept, they ran through some tests and keep me in the loop regarding their findings. Fortunately they had the part needed in stock and fixed it while I waited. I got the car back in the time I was told and the price was even a bit less than we had discussed. Hopefully the issue has been taken care of and is not an problem later. More

Had an unknown issue causing my car to bog down. Luke took me in early the next morning. In 2012 I bought brand new car. From the first day I have had a pleasure to hear squeaky breaks installed by great specialists at the NISSAN factory.. I don't hear any noise. Just quiet breaks. Thanks a lot to Luke Clearwater, Jason Simons for using high quality parts. Thanks to parts manager who order high quality parts and thanks for mechanic who worked with my car for properly installing.. First time since 2012 when I push break pedal I don't hear any noise. It turns out breaks can be quiet. But only after visiting Service department.. Not after buying brand new car. I believe people at this service buy more expansive with highest quality parts. Not junk parts installed at Nissan factory. I"m happy I know people who do extremely amazing work. More
