After having an issue with my car, Luke my service advisor took my phone call and talked me through a few things before having me bring in my car as the soonest time possible. Once at the service dep advisor took my phone call and talked me through a few things before having me bring in my car as the soonest time possible. Once at the service dept, they ran through some tests and keep me in the loop regarding their findings. Fortunately they had the part needed in stock and fixed it while I waited. I got the car back in the time I was told and the price was even a bit less than we had discussed. Hopefully the issue has been taken care of and is not an problem later. More

Had an unknown issue causing my car to bog down. Luke took me in early the next morning. Service dept reset the computer and it seems to have taken care of the problem (fingers crossed) Luke took me in early the next morning.
