Groove Subaru is an awesome dealership in so many ways. She then got me connected with Luke in sales who was very thorough in listening to my needs without any pressure and gave me his time. I enjoyed test driving a couple of cars and ultimately made a decision to come back and purchase the next day.Luke was very thorough about every step for purchase in addition to helping me understand some of the technology that was new on the car. He has since followed up with me since purchase to make sure everything is going well with the new car. I also appreciated the excellent work of the finance department, they didn’t mind how late it was. I highly recommended Luke in sales and doing business with this dealership. More

Groove, overall good experience, wonderful employees Setting up service was time consuming (multiple calls and holds) but I did not know I had to visit so many departments and they had to register what needed to be done to my new vehicle . Sales paperwork is very confusing. One sales receipt with very little detail so I did not know what was included (still not sure) and no windshield sticker. Subaru Coop... Subaru On-Line support has be terrible. My car was register incorrectly so I could not get into the app..... Over a two week period I have been on hold for 16 hours, no call backs or email response. Just case # after case#. Finally hit the lottery 2 days ago (got a human) and my problem was solved in 48 hours. Terrified to use your Roadside Assistance if I am going to be left on the side of the road for 2 weeks. I am not feeling the love for the Subaru brand (thinking of ordering a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid -18 wait-then selling Crosstrek. Great car but Subaru as a cooperation has been very disappointing. More

There was an issue with the Impreza we ordered when it arrived from the factory. Subaru gave us a loaner at no cost, ordered a 2023 (what we originally ordered was a 2022) and gave us the 2022 price and w arrived from the factory. Subaru gave us a loaner at no cost, ordered a 2023 (what we originally ordered was a 2022) and gave us the 2022 price and we had the new car a few weeks later. Great service Grove Subaru! Also, both the loaner and purchase were a breeze! More

We just recently purchased the 2023 Subaru Crosstrek Sport and we absolutely love it! The car is everything we wanted and more.
