Pretty decent experience except that the Accord was not detailed before purchase. I think the previous owner kept it relatively clean and it was "wiped down" but it was definitely not detailed. Bought a used Certified vehicle from groove Subaru just for them to not honor the items that they said they would fix from flipping the trade in vehicle so quickly.
