Luke started sending me unsolicited sales texts and when I called him on it/suggested that that was annoying, he insisted that I had given him permission to do so, which I had not. I used to really like Gro I called him on it/suggested that that was annoying, he insisted that I had given him permission to do so, which I had not. I used to really like Groove and went there for service all the time. I had planned on buying my next new car here, but I am not interested in rewarding that sort of behavior, so I will likely go elsewhere. More

Super friendly staff. Lots of cars to choose from and seem priced similar to most of the area. A little too hard selling on the extended warranty but overall a really good experience. Edit: After getting home the day i picked up, we noticed large crack in the windshield. When i called Luke about it, he pulled the inspection report and showed it did happen prior to our purchase and that the dealer "forgot" to repair it. He offered to cover the repairs, which solved the immediate issue, but left me with much greater concerns. What if I hadn't noticed it? Am I out $1000 if I happen to see it two weeks from now? And worse, what else did you "forget" to repair or inspect? Three hours later the clutch fails in my driveway. I'm left towing to your dealer and returning the vehicle. As far as I'm concerned, your dealer knowingly sold me a damaged vehicle. You also left Luke hanging out to dry by not telling him you did no repairs to the vehicle. I've never had such a bad experience purchasing a car in over two decades of ownership. More
