Amazing First Car Buying Experience I was really nervous about going to a dealership by myself, I've always had my parents with me to buy a car before, they've helped me manage expectati I was really nervous about going to a dealership by myself, I've always had my parents with me to buy a car before, they've helped me manage expectations, kept the pressure down, and helped me with finances. Now that I'm 24, I figured I could handle the adult task of buying a car on my own. I did a lot of research and found a 2017 Ford Escape I was interested in at Colonial Chevrolet. I've never felt more comfortable and secure in being able to make a decision on my own than when I went to their dealership. Luke Ealey welcomed me and took me out to see the car and then for a test drive. He was very nice and personable, he answered all of my questions and walked me through the different functions of the vehicle. I absolutely loved the car, but I originally had plans to see another vehicle the next morning. I appreciated that Luke never made me feel pressured into making a decision about the car that day. I also appreciated that he was working really hard with me to make sure I got the best deal possible and that I got everything I was asking for. I loved the car so much and I felt confident enough with the team to get the car that day. I'm incredibly grateful to Luke and Michael (the finance manager) for making this such a nice and easy buying experience for me. I would definitely recommend Colonial Chevrolet to anyone interested in buying a car, the staff is friendly and helpful and they work so hard at trying to give you exactly what you want! More
