The entire experience was fantastic! I inquired with several dealerships on a Sunday night and Colonial was the only one to contact me right away-Monday morning. Nothing overbearing just a friendly hell several dealerships on a Sunday night and Colonial was the only one to contact me right away-Monday morning. Nothing overbearing just a friendly hello and an offer to answer any questions or schedule a test drive. I drove the hour to drive the vehicle that evening and ended up signing the paperwork that night. There was no pressure, The deal felt right so I did it!!! . It was a happy, friendly atmosphere. I'm thrilled with my 2013 Equinox, thrilled with the deal I got (they got me out of my lease early) and extremely thrilled with the customer service from Luke, Tania and Shaune. More
