I came to Ciocca knowing the exact car I wanted. I found it online and I came to the dealership to look at it. Kevin Conroy saw me looking for it and helped immediately. He took me for a test drive and was it online and I came to the dealership to look at it. Kevin Conroy saw me looking for it and helped immediately. He took me for a test drive and was very knowledgeable about everything in and on the WRX. On top of being extremely knowledgeable he was very polite and personable. I had a slightly difficult circumstance when it came to buying the car but Kevin had no problem trying his best to help me out. He found every solution he could and made it extremely easy. Buying my car ended up being a two day process and both days Kevin made it easy and understandable. At no point did Kevin pressure me into anything. He listened, understood my situation and helped every way possible. On top of my amazing service from Kevin. Luke Freitas, who handled the finances, provided quality service as well. He was also very personable and knowledgeable. He made sure I understood everything that was happening and never made me feel out of the loop.
