He explained all the paperwork in detail and patiently answered any and all questions I had. I highly recommend working with both Zach and Luke! When I raised concerns about one of the finance guys that I was initially working with Tom, the sales manager, took care of it and we no longer worked with that individual for the remainder of our purchase. I do not want to taint this review with a negative interaction with one person as he was not representative of my overall experience. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Ciocca Subaru of Allentown! More

The best dealership I have ever dealt with! I recently purchased a 2019 Subaru Forester, replacing the same vehicle that was totaled by a boy who was not paying attention, and hit me in the back I recently purchased a 2019 Subaru Forester, replacing the same vehicle that was totaled by a boy who was not paying attention, and hit me in the back while I was stopped in traffic. I was not injured and I feel it was because of the great, safe Forester!! After finally hearing from the insurance company that my car was totaled and I could find another one. I called Gigi Perez, to cancel an appointment I had scheduled with her. When I told her what happened, she immediately had Sean Jenkins call me. Sean was so outstanding. He was the most thoughtful and caring person I have ever dealt with!!! He had me come in to the dealership right away and he had everything ready for me to replace my Forester, with a new one. He had some great people also helping, including, Luke Freitas and Jason Dutsch! It's because of the compassion, caring people at Ciocca, that I would never go anywhere else! More

I knew the time was coming for a newer car but wasn't in a big hurry to buy. Over the months I had done a lot of research online and finally narrowed it down to a Subaru. I was initially looking at the 2019 Crosstrek but saw the 2019 Forester Sport and fell in love with the look of it (especially black!#. Once I test drove it, I knew it was the car I wanted. Again, I was in no hurry to buy that day, just knew that's the car I would eventually get when the time was right. Enter my salesman Zach Smyth...If I wrote 20 paragraphs on here, it still wouldn't be enough to explain how pleased I was with the way he treated my wife, my father, and myself. He was absolutely amazing! Even though I understand its his job to sell me a car no matter what, it never felt that way. We never felt pressured into anything, in fact quite the opposite. We felt as though he was on OUR side every time he stepped away to consult with the Sales Manager about the price of the car. It was like negotiating with a long time friend even though we just met 30 minutes earlier. I can't stress this enough...it was because of Zach, that we left the dealership that night with a brand new Forester Sport. I would also like to give a big thanks to our Finance Manager - Luke Freitas - who worked just as hard for us and was equally personable. He took his time #even though it was after closing on a Saturday night) to make sure we understood everything on the financial & warranty side of things. The next time anyone of my family or friends is interested in purchasing a new car, I will not hesitate to mention Ciocca Subaru and tell them "make sure you ask for Zach & Luke" More

Phenomenal. I had been driving a serious beater car for a few years, and went to Ciocca on a day off of work to look and see if there was anything I could afford. I had been driving a serious beater car for a few years, and went to Ciocca on a day off of work to look and see if there was anything I could afford. For context, I am a millennial woman with a decent job, however I have never bought a car before and I do have quite a bit in monthly expenses already, and I had no idea what my credit score could get me in terms of rates. That being said, the salesperson that helped me, named John Berghuis, was direct and honest, while also giving me options that were best for me. I was able to find a car that worked for me in terms of function and finances. Furthermore, the benefits offered by Ciocca in terms of loaner cars, reimbursement on insurance deductibles, and overall long-term customer care were above and beyond my expectations. My ONLY critique whatsoever is that I am not super friendly, so the usual sales move of being energetic and excited was lost on me. It did seem very genuine though, and did not lessen the experience at all. 10/10, I would recommend anyone looking for a new car to visit Ciocca. More

Painless We had been Toyota people for most of our adult life. We had heard a lot about Subaru and we decided we were interested in two possible models. We test drove our share of the Forrester models and the Outback. Our sales guy, Zack, was very patient and made sure we were able to test drive whatever we wanted. We are ultimately settled on the outback and when we are ready to buy they didn’t have one on the lock but Zack was able to get one to us later in the day. They take care to maintain customer service quality all the way through the process and the closing was a piece of cake and were very pleased with the entire experience. I would definitely recommend both Zack and Ciocca Subaru. More
