Good experience at a HUGE Dealership Ciocca Subaru is the second largest dealership in the country. So that gives you an idea of the selection you will find. The vehicle was a 2019 with slightly over 5,000 miles on it. The vehicle was actually used as a service loaner for the dealership. We got a pretty good deal on the vehicle, but always a good idea to do your homework on what the car is worth. I dealt with Greg Fichter and he was a pleasure to work with. The dealership is very easy to work with and accommodating with finances. We purchased a vehicle last year and another dealership required a certified check. Ciocca said that we could pay with a personal check. When we returned to pick up the car a couple days after signing the deal, once we had our finances in place, the finance manager Luke Freitas met with us and offered to throw in a maintenance program for free if we bought the extended warranty. With all the technology in the vehicle we thought an extended warranty would probably be a good idea. Worth the trip if they're not in your backyard I knew I wanted a Subaru and there aren't any dealers close to my house. The closest dealer is about a half hour away, and Ciocca is almost twice as f I knew I wanted a Subaru and there aren't any dealers close to my house. The closest dealer is about a half hour away, and Ciocca is almost twice as far; I went there because they seemed to have the most inventory on their lots, from which I'd be likely to find the Subaru for me. The dealer was pretty busy when I arrived, and yet they made me feel welcome right away. I ended up finding the exact car I wanted, and they made the deal too good to walk away. I probably spent less than two hours at the dealership start to finish—the most difficult part of buying a car was figuring out how to get it home! More

Mike Mohr Excellence in Action We had our 2009 Forester in for Service at Ciocca Subaru. We had been thinking about getting another Forester and while we were there decided to start looking. Mike Mohr was most cordial as he learned from us what we were looking for. He suggested having a Ciocca appraiser check out our 2009 Forester for trade-in value. Mike worked with us and his staff to make the best deal possible for us and in less than 2 hours we were lined up to purchase a 2018 Subaru Forester. Although there wasn’t one on the lot like we wanted, Mike searched for and found the 2018 Subaru (silver in color, light interior, no roof rails, and more) and had that car in the Ciocca Allentown dealership the next day. His handling of details to make this happen was seamless. He showed us how to use the various features and benefits on our new 2018 Forester with utmost care. We have bought many vehicles over the years. We have not seen excellence in action like we saw in Mike and the top level assistance he made sure we received from every one of the Ciocca staff we dealt with. We hope to own the 2018 Forester for a long time. When it is time to get a new one, we will certainly look for Mike Mohr at Ciocca Subaru on Hamilton Blvd, Allentown, PA. More

Although my first query of an upgrade was months ago, most all the items on my wishlist were miraculously remembered by Adrian and were displayed in a vehicle ready to test drive when I arrived today for an appointment. (The only other item would have been a sunroof, which would have preempted my budget requirements completely!). I’m happy to say I wasn’t ‘sold’ anything I wasn’t looking for and all accommodations were made to see that I was fully satisfied with my selection. It was a relatively quick transaction which might have been even faster if I had known what color I wanted! More

Cody was able to keep my monthly payment at the desired amount. I bought my first Subaru from Faulkner, but I'm now a ciocca customer for life as a result of the service I received. In and and out the same afternoon. I'd been looking for a third generation Toyota Prius for sometime and when I saw one at Ciocca Subaru, just down the street from my house, I thought w I'd been looking for a third generation Toyota Prius for sometime and when I saw one at Ciocca Subaru, just down the street from my house, I thought why not take a look. I had not planned on buying a car that day at all, but the experience was so great that I ended up driving it off the lot. Everyone at Ciocca was very helpful and friendly, and Fernando gave me space to drive the car in the way I preferred, give it a good once over and sit and think about my decision. He never pressured me or talked down to me (I hate to have to even say that, but as a young woman trying to buy a used car, it has been a fairly common occurrence). The car was already listed at slightly under Blue Book price, but Fernando and his manager worked with me even more to make sure I got a price I could afford. The car came with a limited power train warranty, which I hadn't seen on any used Priuses so far, and it signaled that the service team at Ciocca believed the car was in good condition. Once we agreed on a price, the dealership was great about helping me with all the aspects of getting it ready to drive--title, registration, insurance, etc. In only a few hours, I was the proud owner of a new (lovingly-used) car. In short, I would recommend Ciocca even if you aren't in the market for a Subaru. Thanks to everyone at Ciocca; I am loving my new Prius. More
